The purpose of our creative department is to assist you in creating the ideal design for your personalized CCN Sport apparel. Whether it involves transforming your completed artwork into a format ready for production or actively participating in the design process, we are here to support you. Regardless of where you begin, we are committed to reaching the end goal collaboratively.
Delivery Time
If the product's delivery timeframe is not specified on the website, the delivery should occur within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase.
Right to Cancel
Our customers have the right to cancel their contract within 7 days for any valid reason. We do not impose penalties for cancellations within this period. To streamline the process, a cancellation form is provided to facilitate order cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
Card Payment
In cases where a purchase or service has been improperly charged to a payment card, the cardholder is entitled to request immediate charge reversal.
Substitutions
